    We always try to update the prices on our website regularly to give you the most updated prices. However, we suggest you to email us to get the latest prices. Prices are subjected to change without prior notice for price confirmation; we encourage you to ask us by email.

    Product is delivered upon receiving full payment. The delivery lead time depends on the destination city. For delivery that uses courier service, we collaborate with RPX. All the products that are purchased and shipped by using RPX will automatically be insurance covered to protect your product from being damaged or lost during the shipping time. If you want to use other courier service, you can let us know so we can ship your goods using that appointed courier service which has representative office in Jakarta to avoid additional charge. However, buyers will take full responsibility to guarantee that product will be arrived at destination place safely.

    We are unable to accept orders for P.O. Box addresses. We are not responsible for errors due to printing. We are also encouraged our customer to double check the shipping address and, we are not taken any responsibility for errors due to mistype or uncertain shipping address.
    For some city in a country will applied additional charge by the shipper due to the destination city is not on the shipper list, please noted that a postal code is required to determined the additional charges, when the destination city is listed the additional charge will not be applied.
    When we deliver your items to you will be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them. Where an incorrect address has been given to ORORI with the order we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred
    We make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

    All ORORI Wedding Rings product is accompanied with a product description certificate in detailed, wedding ring box, and big box, and sealed with a security sealed.
    For ordering of Wedding Rings, please confirm the wedding date and leading time via phone. We are not responsible for any lateness if we have not informed about the confirmed wedding date. We apologize that we are not able to arrange Express Delivery for all the products due to limitation on the delivery schedule.   4. Stock Availability
    Not all the products are available at a given time so product ordering might be required. Order is confirmed if there is an email or phone confirmation from ORORI Wedding Rings and if deposit has been made.

    For Wedding Rings;
    Wedding Rings will be ready 2 (two) months after payment is successfully being deducted from your credit card or transferred by bank to our account, and email notice will be generated to your email account to notice you that payment is successfully done and order is being preceded.

    Urgent Wedding Rings order;
    Urgent Wedding Rings order is only available through email/phone order, this is to avoid any mistake of ordering and to ensure the fast delivery to you, please noted that not all Wedding Rings are available for urgent orders, please email at urgent@orori.com or sales.id@orori.com or you can phone us at +62.21.2358.0887 for further question.

    For Gift Ideas;
    If Stock available;
    Gift Ideas jewelry will be ready for shipment after payment is successfully being deducted from your credit card or transferred by bank or ATM to our account, and email notice will be generated to your email account to notice you that payment is successfully done and order is being preceded.

    If No Stock available;
    Gift Ideas will be ready 1 (one) month for shipping after payment is successfully being deducted from your credit card or transferred by bank or ATM to our account, and email notice will be generated to your email account to notice you that payment is successfully done and order is being preceded.
  5. Warranty
    All products purchased from ORORI have full warranty from us in which the length of the product warranty varies depending on the type of product. Please browse the Product Warranty section for more information.
  6. Buy Back Guarantee
    Product that has been purchased can be exchanged or refunded, terms and conditions apply – only for jewelries with diamonds. Please read Buy Back Policy for further information.
  7. Order Acceptance

How To Shop

Shopping Online
  1. Choose product that you want. Click on “Add Item” button. That product will be automatically sent to shopping cart (the shopping cart will display: product detail, specifications, price, and shipping cost).
  2. The product that you have selected will be displayed on Shopping Cart. Check your shopping list to see all the items you wish to buy are correct. If you want to cancel your options, click “Remove Item”. Fill in your particulars correctly once everything is confirmed. Incomplete information will cause an error or a delay in the shopping process.
  3. Check your order carefully, if you are unsure about certain product or the product’s value, please contact us for assistance.
  4. For purchasing more than 1 piece of product, there will be “Confirm” notification. Please continue your transaction, our sales consultant will help you via email/phone.
  5. Click here for Shipping Cost Calculator. If your city is not in the list, ORORI will not be able to deliver your product.
  6. You can also collect your order in ORORI Wedding Rings outlet by selected “Collect at Outlet”.
  7. All the products that have been delivered through RPX will be under insurance. Delivery fee includes the RPX insurance, if any loss has occurred RPX will cover as much as 100% of the jewelry’s value. If the value of the jewelry > Rp.20.000.000, the insurance will only cover maximum value Rp.20.000.000,-. By this way, your product is guaranteed will not get any damages on the delivery, claim is make by ORORI.
  8. There will be an investigation by RPX if any loss and damage has occurred.
  9. If you have finished shopping, please complete all the available forms to ensure that your order will be delivered correctly and in time.
  10. Send the forms that you have filled in by clicking “Confirm” button. The system will automatically send and process your order. You will receive and email as your order confirmation. For transaction using transfer, Reply that email without changing the contents and the subject.
  11. For payment via BCA Transfer, please do not make any payment before receiving confirmation by email or phone from our sales consultant about your order.
  12. Paying by Credit Card for Wedding Rings and Gift Ideas:
    If No Stock available and Order;
    Your credit card will be charge 50% as a down payment on your and another 50% will be automatically deducted balance before we deliver your product.
    If Stock available;
    Your credit card will be deducted in full amount.
  13. Your order will be shipped by RPX as our courier partner upon receiving your payment. If you want to use other courier service, kindly contact our sales consultant for assistance.
  14. If Stock available usually order of Gift Ideas will be received within 4-5 days depending on packaging and shipping the city of destination and other conditions. Order of Wedding Rings will be received within 2 months depending on the transaction’s agreement, stock availability/ lead time of ordering, and other conditions. Not all the products can be shipped out using Express Delivery (within the one day), only certain products can be done so.

We will not responsible to any loss of diamond after customer have received or use the Wedding Rings, all Wedding Rings are checked through a vibrating machine in order to ensure the diamond setting of Wedding Rings are strong for daily use.

We give product warranty to all ORORI products. Do make sure that the product that you buy from ORORI comes with warranty card/Invoice from ORORI. The length of warranty varies depending on the type of product.
- For Wedding Rings, we give life-time warranty.
- For Gift Ideas, we give 1 month product warranty.

General Requirements for Warranty
  1. For products with warranty, customers can enjoy product warranty and services during that warranty period for free; like re-chroming, washing, firming of diamond’s setting, and ring’s resizing.
  2. Warranty is not valid when there is damage to product that causes product to be broken or out of shape due to careless actions by the customers (dropped, splashed by chemical liquid, etc).

  2. You can check status of your Wedding Rings’ reparation as well as the service history via online. You also receive notification email when your Wedding Rings are ready for collection.
  3. By using this e-Warranty service, you can also request a change on your Wedding Rings’ pick-up location to our other outlet at www.orori.com. There are many other facilities that you can enjoy from these e-Warranty facilities. Find out more about e-Warranty.
