Order of Gift Ideas if stock available, will be proceed with shipment the next day and if no stock available, will be received within 1 months depending on the transaction’s agreement, stock availability/ lead time of ordering, and other conditions.
If you will not be home to sign for your order, ORORI can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise priced Rp.1.000.000 or more to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.
If you prefer to ship your order to other address than your billing address, we are able to arrange the shipment. Packing and delivery usually arrives in three or four business days (Monday through Friday) following shipment.

All rings we set will be delivered via Priority Package. When you receive your built ring, it will be presented in a finely finished ORORI Ring box.

For any convex or rounded jewelry item, the width and length stated in the product description is taken by the manufacturer, prior to the rounding of the metal in the manufacturing process, which may lead to a discrepancy in any measurements taken after this process.
Also, for each item containing multiple diamonds, we list the average grade and measurement for color, clarity, and carat weight. These averages are calculated by adding all grades or measurements that comprise the inventory with regard to that particular piece of merchandise, and determining the closest mean.
